A Message from Stacie Nichols from Revive the Roots
This week in the garden we added fill to our new garden beds. We added compost and rotted wood which will help supercharge our soil. Older students were plant detectives learning why the grow bags plants died. Students also collected seeds from sunflowers and beans for planting next spring and to use in a winter dye project.
I am having a garden work day to fill beds and set up trellises on Oct 12 9:30-11:30. I am hoping new families will want to join our garden! I've attached the flier.
