Liliana Zapata of Smithfield High School is the first place winner of the 2020 Scholarship Program: Competition, Exhibit and Award, from the Wickford Art Association. Liliana's work will be on exhibit at the Wickford Art Association Gallery: 32 Beach Street, North Kingstown from February 18 through February.
School officials, teachers, friends and family of the scholarship recipients are invited to attend this event, starting at 6:30pm.

Missing OCRS Student is Found. Thanks to the work of the Smithfield police and fire departments, our missing student has been found and is safe.

At about 1pm today, a 4th grade, female, Old County Road student with long brown hair in a black coat left school grounds. As of this time she has not yet been found. Smithfield police and fire are searching the neighborhood and parents are on site. We will keep you informed when this student is found. If you have any information about her whereabouts, please contact Smithfield police.
